Children in our Babies and Toddlers Room, and our Preschool program, take part in a wide variety of activities each day, with our dedicated staff fostering a love of learning, a caring atitude and an adventurous and creative spirit.
BABIES
Under 2 (6 weeks to 2 years)
Our under 2 room provides for a family-centred learning environment where every child is respected and nurtured and includes a range of engaging experiences to support your baby’s growth and development.
We strive to ensure your baby’s daily transition into our care is always as smooth as possible and recognise the importance of maintaining your home routine for feeding, sleeping and play.
The nursery is designed with safety and fun in mind and is well-resourced with stimulating age-appropriate toys and furniture to encourage sensory exploration.
Our experienced educators are continually developing their skills and exploring new ways to enrich your child’s early learning experience.
TODDLERS
2 – 3 years
Our toddler’s room provides a fun and engaging environment designed for children to develop at their own pace while gaining important social skills and self-confidence.
Our stimulating and spacious indoor and outdoor learning areas will inspire your child’s creativity and imagination, while developing essential fine and gross motor skills through open ended activities and resources.
Our educators plan a diverse range of activities designed around the children’s interests and learning activities, using a play-based learning approach. We support your child to explore their environment while promoting imagination and creativity, which helps to build confidence and independent thinking.
PRE-SCHOOLERS
3 – 5 years
Our pre-school room provides the foundations to prepare your child for a smooth and exciting transition to the next step in their education journey.
Our educators work with the children to help develop necessary skills by designing experiences around the children’s individual interests and needs. By providing a balance between intentional teaching and spontaneous learning we strive to prepare each child socially and emotionally to assist in building independence and self-help skills.
We encourage children to be more autonomous and seek to challenge each child’s thinking by providing engaging learning opportunities and encouraging curiosity and creativity.
